AutoBill is a free, simple tool for Canadians to create vehicle bills of sale. Whether you're buying or selling a used car privately, you need proper documentation to complete the transaction legally and protect both parties.

This tool was built with privacy in mind. Your form data stays in your browser while you create the bill of sale. The PDF is generated entirely on your device, which means we never see or store your VIN, document, sale details, or personal information. We use Fathom and PostHog for anonymous page and event analytics, but form contents are not sent to them. We also collect anonymous error reports via Sentry to fix bugs, but never names, VINs, emails, or anything you type. It's the way these tools should work.

AutoBill includes the standard fields commonly required across Canadian provinces, with province-specific pages to help you choose the right format for your local registry or insurance provider. It's designed to be clean, minimal, and easy to read — no unnecessary clutter. This is not legal advice; always verify current requirements with your provincial authority.
